Sounds like it’s time for a new Camaro White Book. Nieman-Markus offered a specially-equipped, Deep Bordeaux Red 2011 Camaro convertible in its catalog for $75,000. The Hurst shifter option was finally available after a year of being on hold. For 2011, things rolled on with introduction of a convertible model. The market has responded with banner first-year sales of 129,405, all coupes in five trim levels including two SS variants with versions of Corvette motors. First shown at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in 2006, the Camaro made the transition from concept show car to street almost unchanged. In 2010, Camaro returned with a vengeance. ![]()
